        มาตรา ๒* พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป

        Section 2. This Act shall come into force from the day following its publication in the Government Gazette.
